Service Agreement

All products are examined to determine the extent of repair(s) required. Damaged or modified cords WILL BE repaired with a new cord and/or plug to comply with Reulet Electric, LLC policy and the requirements of Federal Law. If you have submitted your tool for warranty consideration and evaluation of your product shows no defects in parts or workmanship, you will be contacted to discuss options including repair, replacement, return shipping, handling & applicable sales tax (all customer responsibility). Upon completion of repairs, your tool is safety tested to assure it meets Reulet repair requirements & that it has been repaired to a safe working condition. We reserve the right to deem a tool beyond reasonable repair if the parts and/or labor needed to return the tool to safe working condition exceeds the value of the tool or if parts needed to repair a tool are no longer available. REULET SAFETY POLICY: Unrepaired power tools are UNSAFE and potentially DANGEROUS. INJURY or DEATH can occur from an electrical shock or mechanical malfunction of an Unrepaired Tool. The electrical & mechanical safety of an Unrepaired Tool has not been determined, therefore, it is recommended that the tool be repaired & safety checked before being used.
